J. French, Ph.D., Senior OD Consultant, has extensive experience with
government, business and academia with expertise in futures planning/visioning,
leadership and management assessment/development, organizational assessment/development,
organizational learning and systems strategies, team building and facilitation,
and total quality management. Her consulting clients include the Florida
Departments of Agriculture, Health and Rehabilitative Services, Highway
Safety and Motor Vehicles, and others. She also served as a human resources
manager for the United States Postal Service. She received her doctorate
in public administration from Florida State University (1994) and has
published numerous articles.
