Kendrick, CPA, Senior Performance Management Consultant, has 20 years
experience in accounting, auditing, and management in both the public
and private sectors. Her consulting work during the last ten years has
involved designing performance measurement systems for use in strategic
or operational planning and performance-based program budgeting. Her prior
experience included successfully building and managing an accounting practice,
establishing and managing an inspector general function for a state agency,
and managing governmental financial audits. Her consulting has included
work for the County of Santa Clara, California; the Florida Department
of Environmental Protection; the Florida Division of State Group Insurance;
the Florida Department of Labor; and, the Florida State Library. She graduated
from Florida State University in 1981, Cum Laude, with a degree in Accounting,
and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified
Public Manager.
