A. Rowell, Senior Management Systems Consultant, has almost 25 years
experience as a lawyer and a senior manager in both the public and private
sectors. His diverse experiences as a lawyer include practice in labor
and employment, civil rights, administrative law, public sector construction,
public procurement and contracts. He has managed programs with combined
budgets of $194 million and in excess of 400 employees. He is also a trained
mediator. He has taught extensively. His current projects include work
on Florida's enterprise permitting solutions and the continued development
of a knowledge system for supervisory discipline assistance. He is a graduate
of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University
of Florida College of Law.
